Returns/Exchanges
At Miloh Fox, we prioritize customer service above all else. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process for UNUSED merchandise. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
Eligibility:
- Merchandise must be UNUSED, meaning it should be unworn, free from deodorant stains or pet hair, without any perfume smell, and unsoiled or unaltered.
- Original tags and labels must still be attached to the merchandise.
Damage Claims:
- If you receive a damaged item, please email us a photograph within 24 hours of opening the package. This will help us assess the damage and provide a suitable solution.
Return Process:
- All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns.
- To initiate a return, please email us at info@milohfox.com. Include your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and process your return, your credit will appear on your next billing statement.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return.
- Please note that original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Sale Items:
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
