Shipping, Return, & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and try to get orders out within 3-5 working days, unless it is a presale order. We do not offer overnight or 2 day delivery. We will decide the best rate for your order between First Class USPS, UPS, or Parcel Select 2-8 Business Days.

RETURNS

Above all else, we value our customer service. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return any UNUSED (meaning unworn, no deodorant stains or pet hair, no perfume smell, unsoiled or unaltered but possibly opened) merchandise, as long as the original tags and labels are still attached. If the item is damaged, please email a photograph within 24 hours of opening the package. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the product in order to be refunded. Because we are a small business, we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. For returns, please email milohfoxcustomerservice@gmail.com and include your order number, what item you are sending back, and why.  Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt and processing of your return. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 

SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
